Bahmannnnnnnnn. Bahhhhmannnnnnn. It's totally a conductor name. Anyway, that's certainly his name. Bahman Saless or some spelling variant thereof. Everyone missed this. Nobody ended up being able to come. Not a one.

I am ashamed, really -- it was incredible, there were harps and harpsichords. The music was wonderful and it, too, got a standing ovation. It was a very standing ovation mood but all of it seems to have been deserved, one way or another. It was the first musical standing ovation I have yet seen for this orchestra.

People I knew could have seen me be handed flowers by a flower girl and be called to the stage by a conductor. Something in me really wants that to be something that was seen of me.

I'm not sure whether what you are telling me is in the least bit true - though I do not doubt you were drunk - but this episode of your life sounds like Kafka retelling one of Hadley's anecdotes.

How very anatiferous.

While I think it's entirely plausible that while watching the Chamber Orchestra a whole bunch of European terrorists led by Alan Rickman and you managed to defeat them all single handedly with a French Horn I think it is actually more plausible that you have gone insane.
