Detox Time

Let me know how it goes! I've been thinking of doing a juice fast but I'm scared to try it. What's the goal for you? Why are you doing it?

Hey Jo,

It's still going rather well. I've introduced some solids like fruits and vegetables, but for lunch i still take just the one bottle of juice which I find fills me up quicker as the days go by.

The main reason I am doing this is to feel better. Before the holidays I was sluggish, unmotivated and just overall in bad mental shape, and not to mention 25-30lbs overweight. So now I've shed a few pounds and I hope there is more to come. Once the spring hits around here I plan on hitting the streets with a Bike and begin regular exercise.

Do it for sure. If you have a great strength in/of will it will be a breeze. It's in the mind after all and if I find now that it's possible to talk yourself into and out of things like over eating or general bad eating So far no passing out or anything.
