I saw this one... thegreatwho September 22 2004, 06:36:05 UTC
I remember seeing ads with the woman and her informationally-imbued tummy section!

I must admit, I never did a more thurough analysis than to think - 'Wow. That woman has advertising on her stomach... What's this world coming to. Maybe I can get a Coke ad printed up on my neck, and pull in some extra dough.' :-)

Later, man!

I know, I know. If it hadn't detracted from the main point, I would have also questioned the commercial's use of women's tummies as fleshy billboards.

i think one of the side effects on this zelnorm is "you may experience loss of limb and/or life". those warnings always scare me. they really really scare me.

They scare the bejesus out of me, too samschoiceus September 22 2004, 10:20:17 UTC
Years ago, when televised pharmaceutical ads were new, SNL ran a faux commercial that made fun of the those throw-away warnings. It started out with the usual side effects of headache and nausea and afterward deteriorated into ominous prophecies of blood raining from the sky and the Antichrist's appearance. Ever since, I can't help but think of those side effects as hastening the Apocalypse.

Thanks, Bec. I wish I could've fit the whoe DMAC in there, but too many letters would've spoiled its resemblance to Dubya's swankier stickers.

As long as you have a yen for Seinfeld-like rambling, I know it's all gonna be alright. Well, at least that you're alive, or spectrally possessing a keyboard somewhere.

Sadly do I admit that I am alive, for I would much rather be spectrally possessing a keyboard. If you know the proper incantations, please pass 'em along.

But isn't it possible that your computations might someday turn out runny? If I was in your titanium booties, I'd just be glad that I'd yet to gorge on the roughage of inverse operations. I've heard tell from more than one 'bot that too much of that stuff can really loosen a tin man's bowels.
