So, the bank appraiser is giving my brother delays and minor grief over the numbers on his house, the practical upshot of this being that the deal is not going down this weekend. Probably next, so the Moving Weekend has been pushed back to Friday-Saturday 21-22 August. *le sigh

Yeah, that would be wonderful. However, stay tuned - the independent appraiser came back with some ridiculous low-ball value on my brother's house, and unless they can be made to correct themselves, it throws a major wrench into the works...
