Seriously, esp. when people choose to jump out of the towers. I couldn't imagine having to make that choice. I was watching a 911 call and at the end of the phone call, you could hear him saying 'Oh my god!' and that's when the tower fell. My heart just sank and I got sick feeling in my stomach.

Def. one of those things I'll never forget.
