I'm non-monogamous and even I would say that you need to try and pull this girl aside and find out what's going on before you let your hormones do the talking for you. Could be she thinks you're cool. Could be she's fine with her man, but likes to mess around anyway. Whichever one it is, decide if you really want to be with someone claims to be monogamous, yet messes around and makes eyes at other people when she's already taken.
