But suffice to say that I've drifted from a hopefull supporter of Candidate Obama, to "lesser of evils" concerning President Obama. And the Democratic party... *cringe* ... "Vote for us, we're lame, but they're insane."

I couldn't be in stronger agreement with you. I HATE always being faced with voting for "lame/incompetent" over "radical right-wing mega-billionaire-corporate-controlled evil" if my vote is even to count for anything.

I am a registered non-partisan voter, and my views tend to run moderate in general (I am NOT a "radical leftist" because I support Affordable Health Care, Reproductive Choice, the idea that a corporation is NOT a person and shouldn't be given the rights of real humans [F*** so-called-"Citizen's United"!!!, and Civil Rights for gay people!!).

I have voted for Republicans in the past, but I haven't seen a Republican I was remotely comfortable voting for in many years now, and so many of the Democrats leave me holding my nose at the ballot box as I cast my vote *against* the worst of 2 unpalatable choices
