In January of 2008 I got a root canal on a molar, it was painful, but I got a brand new crown on the tooth. It was white, smooth, pretty, and made all the pain from the old tooth go away. In December of 2008 I was sitting on a futon in Japan chewing on candy. One bite was normal, and in the next something crunched. Part of the crown had cracked off
