I have another candidate . . . Henry Cavill. But I wouldn't cash out Daniel Craig yet. The English actor has made it clear that he is willing to wait for Bond 23 to be ready for production, once the mess surrounding MGM's sale is finally clear.

Will Smith. Yeah, that's probably not going to happen....

I agree. Too American. Unless he knows how to do an British accent.

I could actually see Sam as Bond, even though I really like Daniel Craig as Bond.

This article was nicer about Sam than the other one I read this evening. Made me super angry.

What did the other article say?

I totally agree, In my opinion, Daniel is the best Bond in the last couple of decades, and Sam could be a really great Bond.

It's here: http://www.cinematical.com/2010/04/22/could-sam-worthington-become-the-next-james-bond/ and one of the things it said was: "But did you know that Avatar and Clash of the Titans star place-holder Sam Worthington was in the running to play James Bond in Casino Royale? Apparently he even did a screen test for the movie, which ultimately went to Daniel Craig. I didn't even know the guy existed five years ago let alone would be thought of as a contender for one of the most iconic roles in cinema."

I might be reading into it, but the way that was worded seemed sarcastic and jerky, and it rubbed me the wrong way.

I just dont see him as Bond. Daniel Craig was perfect for the role! And I heard that the movie was being suspended because of the uncertainty of MGM studios?

I don't know. I like Craig as Bond and I don't know if Sam would make a good Bond. I think that Bale would make a good one, but I don't think that he'd be very keen to start in another big franchise after Batman and Terminator.

Also on the list? Will Smith. Yeah, that's probably not going to happen....

Probably not, but how cool would that be! No one would expect him!
