Route

You know, once you start training for your trip, you'll have the luxury of eating anything you want and still losing weight. I mean, you have to train by biking/exercising for hours every day if you intend to avoid injury in Thailand :)

You underestimate my level of arrogance. ;)

Here's my training programme:

1st cycling day in Thailand: 50km
2nd day: rest
3rd: 60km
4th: 70km
5th: rest
6th: 80km
7th: 90km

And there we have it, from the second week I can do 100/day fine. ;)

More seriously, even taking into account the training I'll have to do back home, there's no chance it can be as extensive as what I'll do in Thailand. Things will go to a whole new level when I get there (if I manage to stick to the itinerary) and three months is long enough to have some real body changes. I wonder if there's a chance in 2011 I'll finally be normal sized again for the first time in forever. :b
