Wed teatime I started feeling a little crampy, as in period pain. For background, I don't usually get them and in any case, I'm going through the menopause and haven't had a period for months. I was pootling online last night, and decided to try a new flash game.

Gary, Ann and I arrived safely in Talybont on Friday evening, having stopped in the Tesco at Portmadog on the way down. When I went to Betty Tigers on Friday afternoon, the lovely Emma and Vicky who work there, were colouring one another's hair for a competition. I was awed by how Vicky's hair turned out, and couldn't resist taking a few photos. The way the blonde top layers part to reveal the colours underneath when she moves is great.
