Rikkai regulars, I propose we follow this schedule:

8:00AM Assemble, Stretches/Warm-up
8:30AM Drill Training
10:30AM Singles Practice Match
12:30PM Free Time
1:30PM Independent Drill Training
2:30PM Doubles Exercises
3:30PM Doubles Practice Match
Once the doubles matches are finished, we will do endurance training and a cool down.

Any valid suggestions are welcome. This is not mandatory; however, I chose to put some sense of structure for at least myself.

Edit: At 12:30PM we will eat lunch together, then disperse as need be. After the cool down we will have motivational or team bonding exercises.
