Silly. You're forgetting that everyhing's more badass when it's bleeding. I don't think you were there, but there was this one band that played at the fusion cafe like three years ago who sucked. Well, except for the fact that the guitarist cut his finger on about the second song, and at the end his guitar was sprayed with blood from him playing fast punk riffs. God, that was sweet. It dripped a few times.
