i want to buy a fish that will watch me do my homework in my room.
but i don't really know how to take care of fish, but i'm sure it's not that difficult.
aren't i supposed to have a tank of water sitting around for like a day before i put the fish in?
i don't want to get my fish and kill it within the first 24 hours.
help please?

just get like a goldfish .. they're one of the easiest to care for. i bought fei a black moore and she hasn't killed it yet ... so that's a good thing. she's crazy.
