So last night I ate cow heart off a stick on the street. I pretty much freaked out the entire time, but managed to get it down. They kept telling me that any other part of meat you eat is just muscle, and that´s all the heart is too. Eck, it just seemed wrong. I kept thinking of my own heart working so hard just a few inches away from my stomache

I have never eaten a cow's heart. I'm impressed. I have eaten a cow's brain though. What made you decide to try a cow's heart on a stick? - T.
