Since they're singing all in Tibetan, I don't think they're licensed in the US. I like the 12 girls band, but that's all instrumental, so no language issues there. Anyways, it's on youtube.

I really like this one. If you look in the related videos section on the side, you'll see the other two songs I mentioned. I don't like them as much, except for the Communist Party Liberated Us song, which I think is just hilarious for the blatantly obvious propaganda material.
