Project Done
My project, started in December, to launch a W3C 'Rules' Working Group is now officially done. The group is launched. See the press release and everything. Dunno if we'll get much actual press coverage.
(Of course, now comes the hard part.... Phase One of the working group should take the next 18 months or so; Phase Two perhaps 2 years more after that.)
Tomorrow I fly to Ireland for about three days for international semantic web conference which should help make this all feel real.
