Everything is going okay for me. I quit my job because my boss was very hard to work for. I really don't want to go into all the details but I am now looking for a job again

about your job...this would be a great time for you to check into voc rehab. It's located on Battleship Road. They will pay for you to go to school and everything. Have you been able to get any help from DSS here? What about getting an FSI(I think that is what it's called) check for Sierra. You should qualify since you are not receiving any child support.

it's the strangest thing...we have had many recent deaths that involved both family and neighbors. It's such a depressing time for so many people.

There was even a bad wreck this morning. I heard it over the scanner...

that wreck was Scottie Catoe. He died in the wreck. Leslie's brother.

No way! Man, this is hard to believe. Scottie & Leslie and Me & Sammy all used to play together. They lived on the same street as me when we were young...before they moved to Fairfax. Damn. Times like this I hate hearing things on the scanner. I knew it was bad when it was signaled out...then when the fire dept arrived they said the driver was DOA. I think he was pinned under the car. It was somewhere around 6 or 7am. Damn.
Leslie recently bought a house 2 doors down from my dad.
Damn. I hate that.
I can still see him at Pine Tree Hill wearing a yellow and black yellow jacket shirt...walking behind me pulling my hair. Damn.

the wake is this evening from 6-8 at Kornegays...the funeral is tomorrow at Emmanuel but I can't remember what time. Like 11:30 or something.

He was pinned under his truck too. It threw him out and flip on top of him. It's just crazy!!

I'm gonna go to the wake tonight because I can't make it to the funeral.
