They'll wake up entangled, because Blaise half-wakes sometime during the black hours of the night, having dreamt something, and reaches for theo, blindly in the dark, needing him close.

I don't know who wakes first, only that it's raining heavily outside.

Oh. Oh, I hoped you would say that. Theo really doesn't need much encouragement, even in sleep. Instinctively shifting closer at Blaise's first touch. Like I said before, wrapping himself around him, and he's a neck person, like me, so he'll probably end up with his face pressed in the hollow of Blaise's neck, breathing in deeply once before relaxing back into sleep again.
