House fun continues.  Joys such as the insurance company claiming that they will take away our insurance (and thusly make our mortgage people come after us for breech of contract) unless we do a bunch of repairs in 30 days.  So the budgeting has been creative.  And so the internet is still waiting.  And so the posts are infrequent
