Sandra walked into the restaurant and stopped, looking around for Sheldon. When she saw him, she flashed a warm smile and approached him. "Hey there, sugar. How ya doin' this mornin'?"
Sheldon's eyes looked up from his notepad that he was scratching notes on and smiled in return. "Hey there yourself. I'm doing well. Thank you for asking." He waved his hand for the waitress to come over. "How's the cake business planning going?"
"Hey that's great!" Sheldon sounded genuinely excited for his new friend which is a lot coming from the seasoned operative. "Oh, a little tip, if you don't mind me saying so, keep your wrist straight when you squeeze the tube. Your other hand can keep your hand steady. Wax paper is great for practice with just using a flour/water mixture instead of using up your sugar. They make cool refrigerator magnets with a little paint and glitter." He grinned playfully.
It's pretty evident that he knows so much about the subject and he's pretty sure that she'll ask him.
