Apparently the 11th Dr Who looks like a whiny goth with his makeup scrubbed off or an escapee from "Flock of Seagulls" who was cryogenically frozen. Hope his acting skills and charm are abundant.

He's rather good from what I've seen. He plays Jim in the Sally Lockheart adaptation.

OMGWTFBBQ! David Tennant is one of the sexiest Brits alive. How dare you call him a whiny goth. And I also have no idea what you're doing comparing him to the members of Flock of Seaguls, they all looked like someone traveled back in time, picked up the first 4 cavemen they could find, gave them a good shave and a horrible haircut.
And yes, Mr. Tennant does have acting skills.
