I mostly use it to keep track of what I've read and what I want to read, but I do write some of my thoughts on each book I read. Hope that helps. :)

I probably shouldn't have put "bad" reviews in that one question. My reviews on books that I didn't love just list the things which didn't work for me. Like when a book has more exposition than I prefer or if it has a certain plot element that I don't like. For example, baby epilogues! Those last 5 pages in historical romances that show a gazillion kids running around the heroine's feet. Those totally don't work for me! LOL
