At 3am. I can't sleep. So, I need to entertain myself. Therefore, I present to you the most random post ever (one of these days, I'm going to do a writing update here!).

Hey, you're back!

I'm convinced that some of these "syndromes" are things that are otherwise normal behavior, like if you have too much caffeine. (Hey, two or three cups of coffee at once gets me jittery.)

Twin boys! You are going to be so outnumbered! Congrats!

Yeah, they just give a name to what a bunch of people are feeling who have the same symptoms. It's not caffeine, though. It just hits me sometimes. Very annoying.

Thanks for the congrats!

Well, the thing that nabbed me about the checklist was this:

Does a trip to the doctor only reveal that nothing is wrong and there is no physical cause for your discomfort?

Well, that's great and all, but why not say this is a psychological issue from the get-go? Otherwise it makes it sound like like a phantom condition that's like nailing jello to a wall.

I never had RLS until I halfway through my pregnancy with my son. Using a body pillow at night helped though. I still have it, but I don't have the really bad episdoes (the ones where my legs feel itchy and cramp up at night unless I move them) very often. Mostly, I find myself jiggling my leg/foot whenever I'm sitting down.

Can't wait to see your book cover!

And boys! Boys are fun. Congrats!

I'm lucky Trey isn't bothered when I move my legs trying to fall asleep. Some nights (like Monday night) are the worst where I feel like I need to jump on a trampoline to get the jitteriness out.

You like the book cover, does that mean it's not a scantly clad young woman on the cover in a tiny little tank top?

Ha! It means she's not clad in leather. There *might* be some skin showing. :-)
