Birthday birthday

i just had the most amazing birthday party. Long gone are the days of the drunken late night fest. Now it's a late afternoon BBQ in the rain. Great friends and kids. I will be 37 on thursday. I don't actually feel old but I have noticed that the family life suits me just fine. It's been a good day. And my present is a trip to the spa! Rockin!

hey there babe. Sorry about the delay in responding, I'm lazy sometimes. I am glad to hear that you are ok, even though your family is still nuts. I guess that is good news, atleast you know how to deal with them. I wasn't sure which address i should send this to so I thought here would be good enough. Things here are well. I'm feeling better than I have in years, I'm still a little easily tired but I am training most everyday now. I work 3 to 4 days a week. It's enough. I am trying to learn how to be in the middle. I am usually so off or on that it's really hard to try and stay here. I guess it gets easier with practice. In other news I have planned a trip back for Conchitas birthday. (As usual, this is not public knowledge. I don't like most of the people that want to see me. Why is it that it's always the people you don't miss who feel like they need to see you?) I don't think I will be making it to Texas. I am so tired so traveling around the whole time. We'll see. There are a few concerts I would drive to see, it's really early

hey sexy! I'm glad to hear you're doing good and you're working again and keeping up with your training, but that you're keeping it balanced. Balance is good :). I got Conchita's message about you coming over for her birthday, and I will for damn sure be there to see you! And of course, you know I won't say anything about you coming over, hell, there's nobody there I talk to anyway except for Conchita and I want to be as low-key about it as you do! My family is my family, but they will always be that way and it's a good thing I live so far away from them lol. But the biggest news I guess would have to be that we found some property in northern New Mexico we're very seriously looking at buying, an actual cattle ranch with almost 5000 acres. I'm very excited about the prospect, and you're the only person I've told about it, not even my mom. John just got back from looking at it again, and talking with the 80 year old rancher that's running the property now. That's one of the things I've been busy with for the past
