Just back from th arthoscopy. I have some damaged cartilage but nothing that they would need to do surgery on. I have to have some physical therapy because me knee is a little too loose but again it's nothing they need to operate on. I asked him what i should do about the swelling and other such nonsense and he just shrugged his shoulders. I guess

Woo-Hoo!! That's awesome news, lady!! I personally have never been under the knife but I can assume it's not something most people get excited about. It goes w/o saying that I'm glad it's not so serious that you need surgery.

THanks! I know I am excited. It means that I have to work my butt off (literally) and train it correctly but it is good incentive anyway. ;)
