I've heard this song many times over and over again and enjoyed it most for Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan's raspy voice.

But this time round, I paid more attention to the lyrics and the following lines kept me craving for more! Ah..poetry!!!

"Aankhein Neechi Huwi To Haya Bun Gayi

Yes yes...One of my favorites too.

I've heard piya re and enjoyed the voice as much as in Aafreen. But the lyrics of Aafreen left me totally elated. Maybe I should listen to the lyrics of Piya re as well. I might have ended up just concentrating on the voice and melody as usual! :-)
