I now know why I no longer was assigned to work floor shifts. Seems like I lack a "sense of urgency" when closing. This because the last time I was scheduled we didn't get out until 11:00 PM. I was supposed to talk to my team leader today at 2:30PM. I told her on Monday that I wanted to talk to her. We were going to talk on Tuesday before my shift, but she called me early(9:10AM) and let me know she wouldn't be able to see me then and arranged for today(my day off) at 2:30.
