I have officially been in Washington for over a week now and I love it. The job is going well although I never realized exactly how tiring a 9-5 could be. I spend my day running errands, answering the phone (using an uber complicated phone system I always manage to screw up), sorting mail, and doing research. Woohoo for no sleep. I'm running on no sleep and have been at studio for about 12 consecutive hours. I'm finally back at my room after leaving studio at 9:30 but I have yet to sleep. It's 3 AM. I'm in studio. My project is due tommorrow. Or I guess really today. Thank goodness I'm not immune to caffeine. The coffee I had around 11 is still fueling me so that I'm not getting drowsy yet. But my body is telling me in other ways that it's had enough. I keep getting hold and I just feel a little off.
