New rules are (possibly) coming through in Australia that will operate as Anti-seizure legislation for lending contracts with museums, galleries and keeping places. That letter clearly justifies the presence of the House of Lords in our system; and I'm delighted about the voice of reason that comes through.

We need more people like you shouting about this.

Thanks BMG edited!!!! Yes, quite. I think so too... a voice of reason that is not elected sometimes does have power (for good or not for good!).
