What's actually happening is:
Tam has just been kicked in the stomach by a Q and not U fan who infiltrated the gig.
I'm pretending to be Peter Hook, but am keeping my hair over my face so no-one can see that I can't grow a decent beard.

Something else which looked pretty cool was the big TV Projector Screen behind us - it was just showing black & white static 'noise'. It hasn't really been captured by the photo, but it looked brilliant in the confines of the wee basement venue with the lights down.

Always fancied one of those miniature cameras, like what Wayne Coyne uses at Flaming Lips gigs. I could have my sweaty, gurning mug intense, brooding visage projected onto the screen giant-sized, and people would run away screaming gasp with awe....

I second that as well. I am currently sitting about a foot from an acoustic that I cannot play.

I think everyone has an acoustic guitar that never gets played...I certainly do!

I can recommend playing the bass, it's got fewer strings to worry about.

Unless you have a six-string bass.

But six-string bass players are usually wankers.

I like the lights. And the red guitar is cool. My acoustic is gather dust at the moment. Wish I could gather the energy to go get it now though.
