Movies of the month..

I've been so distracted lately. It's December already?! :(

I'm just back from waching A Christmas Carol. There was nothing good on cinema. Friends didn't want to watch Mulan and I refused to watch New Moon. Lol. It's a compromise. The effects looked good (and amazing in some parts) but I think it's a bit too dark and deep for kids to understand ( Read more... )

And I've only heard bad things about 2012 which is very sad because it actually could've been a good movie :( And it has John Cusack! Another one of my favourites, and it saddens me to hear that he's been put into a movie as bad as that.

Yeah the special effects were impressive (but looked like watching a video game sometimes) but the story was the really typical blend of Independence Day/Armageddon (which I loved xP)/Volcano/any other Hollywood disaster movie...

Yeah, I'd totally go see 500 Days of Summer for Joseph :) (not that much of a fan of Zooey - yet)

And I don't think the Time Traveler's Wife has premiered here yet?

And Inglourious Basterds is probably one of the best movies of the year in my books! :D It's not really the type of movie that I'd normally go watch but it had Brad Pitt and I got to go watch it for free and then it turned out to be excellent and I'm happy I got to see it :) And Brad Pitt speaking in Italian was so cracktastic.

Both 500 Days of Summer and Time Traveler's Wife are brilliant. Don't miss them!

I almost didn't see IB because a friend said it was a stupid waste of time. I'm so glad I didn't listen to him. I guess it's not for everyone. Tarantino is such a genius at coming up with the dialogues :D

I want to watch Ninja Assassin with my girls! :D
XD Just because Rain is playing his first leading role..XP *fangirl moment*

My friend watched The time traveler's wife and she didn't like it at all coz it's confusing. She said the book is so much better. XD

Lol xD

I didn't think it was confusing at all (but then I like confusing movies). A lot of book readers seem to say that but as a movie on it's own I thought it was quite touching.

I wanted to watch A Christmas Carol, but someone said it wouldn't be good and so I ended up watching New Moon.. but I don't mind that haha.

Lol 2012, I thought it was ridiculous about that one family... wow they are just so invincible. I can imagine so many things that could have made that movie good...

It's one of the best version of A Christmas Carol. But that's not saying much.. it's still A Christmas Carol xP

It's like they were playing a video game or riding a roller coaster huh.
