This is going to sound super silly, but I've been thinking about picking up a new hobby. My mother used to do this and said it helped her relax, so... Does anyone know how to knit ( Read more... )

I don't know how to knit, but if you want someone to learn with I could join you. I need something to calm me down about the end of the semester and, who knows, knitting might be fun.

All right! That sounds fine with me. We could probably work it all out together.

There are plenty of productive things to do to keep warm on cold, dark nights. You just need to be pointed in the right direction. :)

I drew a snowman on my dorm's whiteboard the other night, and someone decided to make it anatomically correct. That's about as far as I go when it comes to decorating for Christmas, but I suppose Mom's going to go overboard this year with the garland and tinsel and other distractions....

Precluded by a minimum six month relationship. Do you have time for that?

Aww, and I thought it'd be you going around making people's snowmen anatomically correct. I'm surprised.

That sounds lovely. By the way - If there's anything you guys need, please let me know?

Well, how long have we known one another already? It must've been at least six months by now.

I don't want to think about snow equipment. Especially not a snowman's. Now if it was a snowwoman modeled after Jessica Alba....

Well, I could probably use a houseguest that'll be a prettier distraction than the glittery Christmas lights. Know where I can find one of those?

Almost a year. February I think? But that's not what I meant... You know, it's hard to be a smart aleck to you when you're so good at it already.

You'd get frosbite!

Here maybe?
