Summer

So summer. Yeah. Nice to be home, taking a break, earning some money. No luck with a second job, so I'll be working as many hours at Papa Gino's as I can. Not too big a deal though. I have some stuff to deposit in my account that'll definitely help. And I bought a bike yesterday to save on gas money. It was kind of expensive, but about 2 1/2 weeks

I know how you feel about the bike thing. I haven't done any long-distance bike riding in years. The last time was when I was on vacation with my family, and my dad and I decided to bike to the grocery store to pick up a few things. Aside from the way my legs were screaming in pain by the end of the ride, it also started to rain on our return trip. Love it.

Packing was about the same for me. I informed my mother that I was turning our guest room into my personal storage closet for things that I will not need over the summer. I never realized how much stuff I have at school that I don't need at home. Not to mention the weirdly shaped bed sheets that will never be useful anywhere else.

Yeah, I brought a bunch of stuff down to the basement. There's a box, the one the fan came in that Lee fell on and crushed, if you were there that night, I forget. It's completely full of notebooks and silverware and other things I won't need at home. Then my towels came up from the wash (me and Caiti got home at the same time so it's the Dirty Laundry Mountain Range in the basement) so I just kind of put them down there too.

Yeah, I definitely want to get together soon. I don't think I can in the next couple weeks with my sister's graduation and all, but soon!

Steph, Kristin and I are gonna try to get tickets for the midnight showing of Indiana Jones and you're more than welcome to come with us! You might want to try and get tickets ahead of time though... It's Wednesday night at midnight. Technically 12 AM Thursday but whatever. Yeah, so let us know if you can come!

Awesome. Yeah, if there's a firepit tonight I probably won't go. Gotta get up at 7 tomorrow for work. And I had to wake up at 7 today for work too. And I don't get home until like 7. Barf. Too many 7s. Ew.
