Today I had the good fortune of obtaining a lightly used, second-hand bicycle from a couple of my favorite coworkers.  It's a little taller than I'd like, even after readjusting the seat, but for the price and quality I'll suck it up and make do.  It really is a fabulous machine!  It's got more gears and speeds than I know what to do with but is

Corinne got me hockey skates for my birthday. My goal is to learn to ice skate and join a local hockey team (Brett from the comic shop is supposed to start one) by this winter. I still haven't touched the ice yet XD
