Yes... Se Pa Pang is my first bo form in kung fu. Ie Chien Ching is an exercise technique using tension.

I don't have a tshirt line, but I hope to one day. I have a bunch of cheesy, funny things to put on tshirts. :)

heh yeah... one day Adrienne and I were talking about scary lesbians and she asked me what my type was and I said "not scary lesbians" :)
