I had chicken feet the first time I went to China in 2001. I'm not really sure how's they are considered edible... there's really nothing there. Probably the other most gross thing I had, but when I was there in 2004, was duck tongue. Again, I was somewhat at a loss as to what I was supposed to be eating of it. :P
