It's becoming a real problem. I am trying now to think of a path of study where I can combine writing fics with getting a qualification and I keep coming up empty handed...
Look, at least someone is benefiting from this fit of madness, even if it isn't really me :)
You know, when I was just a lurking fangirl, this wasn't even a problem *sigh*.
I might give some thought to the alarm idea, I think, or just to be strict enough not to pick up the pen (or keyboard) when I have an assignment to finish.
:P Tell me about it. Srsly. I took a month off of LJ it was getting so bad. Oh, the woes of being a nerdy woman who likes to write smut.
Anyhow, just poking around your journal because you're teh best and I wanted to see what was doing. (Srsly, still think your Sherlock!p0rn is the best I've read. Anywhere.)
*evilgrin* When are you going to stop by the AiW fandom, huh? I'm trying to write for both. But, it seems I'm decidedly single-minded.
What haven't I been doing? Oh, yeah, drawing animatics... I seem to have been writing pr0n instead.
I stuck my head into the AiW fandom, but I think I need a better feel for the characters before I embark upon a journey inside the Hatter's head (and that is where I would want to be, of course).
I suspect an LJ hiatus will probably occur for me near the end of the semester, just in the interest of not flunking out of my course. How did you stay strong and fight the smut impulse?
