ok so update is that they (my cousin and his girlfriend) have a border living there...but that's all i know...he could or could not be involved in it...but if it was the border then all i gotta say is WHERE WERE THE PARENTS! the baby was only 2 months old...i don't leave my babies with every my sisters at 2 months old let alone a border...grrrrrr
