Zero stopped working so I took it off to see why. Two little metal pins are bent down, and I cannot make them turn the right way. The nipple is too wiggly so I am touching the gold green metal. I am saving the little plastic pieces. I think that I want to have zero back the way it was, but I do not want to take crayon to the help center
