One minute I'm busy trying to quantify the effects of Palin's entry into the Presidential election as Vice President, and the next thing I find out is that we're in the middle of an election ourselves. I'm thinking that leaning Green is a more viable choice--if only for the shock value to make the Big 3 wake up and realize that they aren't the only game in town. They are far too complacent and secure in their own opinions and at this point, they all seem very interchangable.

The dismissive way that everyone shut out the Green Party out of the national debate really irked me--I loathe being patronized.

The only site I'm aware of with regard to policy is for the Greens.

It's funny actually, when I first joined the party back in...some 3 years ago? I joined because of their policy on health not because of their environmental stuff. The latter just put the icing on the cake for me (as what good is it to be healthy if there's acid rain!).

Thanks for the link! I'm reading up on there policies as we speak. Their agricultural policy seems radical, and they also seem to underestimate the trouble they can findthemselves in by renegging on agreements such as GATT and NAFTA. But, then again, to some degree, these agreements do need to be "modified."
