Hi peeps! I *swear* I will make a longer post about my awesome and exhausting and frustrating and awesome new job, but for now:

I am looking for good, up-to-date resources for a transgender (FtM) teen. All of my stuff is seriously out of date, unless there are new editions of Leslie Feinberg or Kate Bornstein that I don't know about ( Read more... )

I passed this question along to one of my awesome colleagues who is the Assistant Director of Gender, Sexuality and Activism at what was once called the MCC at the Mothership. I gave him the option of contacting you directly or sending stuff to me. I am positive that he will have good stuff for you.

PFLAG? They have a page with lots of resources for parents/families, including a booklet on questions, dos and don'ts, and a space full of family stories: http://community.pflag.org/page.aspx?pid=539 They also have a page with lots of specifically trans resources for the individual and the family: http://community.pflag.org/transgender
