Rubbing off from Usopp contemplation

*Sanji feels strangely sad as he walks away from giving Chopper the heads up. Alright, Sad and a little stupid. He hadn't been prepared for Usopp at all...he thought maybe the sniper would need some reassurance that he wasn't going to try and hit on him or that things would still be pretty much the same

*Zoro watches Sanji from the window as he lifts his heaviest weights, frowning faintly.*

[Doesn't look like their talk went well.]

*He wants to go down and find out what happened...but he'd planned on working out for a few more hours. He was still trying to make up for the time he lost while he was recovering. Besides, if Sanji wanted to tell him about it, he would've come up.*

[But hell, that makes me want to know even more...]

*He continues his reps, but he can't focus. After several minutes, he sets the weights down.*

[This won't be a regular occurrence.] *he tells himself this as he leaves the Crow's Nest, climbing down the ladder and the ropes, heading for Sanji* [Right now, I'm just concerned.]

*Sanji hears Zoro's boots coming down the crows nest. He doesn't really have the energy to turn and look...or maybe he just would like to decide what expression he should be wearing before he does and comes up with nothing.

His face is neutral with a slightly down turned frown by the time Zoro gets to him though and he's already nudged a significant amount of cigarette butts over board. He stubs out another into the wood railing before letting it sail overboard too just as Zoro's shadow falls over him.*

*Zoro's arms are crossed over his chest when he reaches the cook, one eyebrow arched*

"You gonna tell me what happened?"

*Sanji sighs and his frown grows. He moves over a bit to make room for Zoo to sit.*

"It could've waited."

*Seeing the look on Zoro's face he continues with a shrug.*

"It wasn't anything major, not about us anyway...but I pushed at it because I was interested and thought i knew better, [was stupid]. Left him pissed off and bleeding."

[OOC: Watching Halloween Chopped and responding to you but may fall asleep at any moment...correction just fell asleep. Now going back to sleep.Goodnight!]

*Sanji gives a small smile.*

"Thanks marimo, Good luck. Oh, find out how his hand is for me, okay?"

*he leans in and bumps his head into Zoros for a moment of comfort.*

[Thank you. This means alot to me. Heh, it'll be interesting to see what he'd want as a reward if he succeeds. Maybe. Don't get excited, this is going to be one hell of a challenge and he might just choose booze. Probably.]

*he closes his eyes at the brief contact*

[I don't know what the hell I'm going to say to him. I mean, I can understand him, but my situation has completely changed now.]

*he considers talking to Nami first, but doubts he can be subtle enough to find out what he needs to without her catching on. besides, the thought of playing matchmaker...kinda makes him want to gag.*

[OOC: You gonna take over Usopp now?]

[ooc: nah, I don't know where Usopp is coming from and I would prob make him give in to Zoro, stupid easy. I'm excited to see you play this out too... Your zoluff moment was adorable.]
