Madras

For me, Madras has always been the place where I go to visit my grandparents, hang out with my uncle and aunt and kid around with my cousins. Madras has always meant long days at the beach, throwing sand on each other, the sea-water seeping into our clothes, leaving salt in places which have never seen the sun. I could not resist commenting, for me all my life I have spent in bangalore, though madras is where all my cousins stay, though I have nice memories of it!
I feel somehow constrained out there, it's more raw out there........and especially the whether it's just hot!
The best part is the beach, it's just too awesome, but I just wished people would take more care of the age old sea.......
Hey it's like Im writing my own journal here, but forgive me for that!
Yea, the most visible memory that I have chennai, is the abundant cows loitering around, and the sound of express trains, tea shops, and not to forget the ubiquitous tvs champ...........

That's true, I suppose. It is definitely hot, although this time it's not and I have fond memories of the place. And go ahead, write as much as you want. I dont mind :)

And yes I miss this in Bangalore as well. You are right, this usually happens in Madras! :)
