Manga: Bleach Chapters 390-400
My friend told me that it wasn't exciting at all, so I thought it was just the uh, normal Bleach. The normal fighting scenes with the guys on the bad side falling after one and other. Well, I was right, but... 1. YAMAMOTO FOUGHT! And sadly he was finished (he is finished right?) super quickly. I think in only 2 chapters?! So I guess Kubo Tite wants to finish Bleach soon huh? I hope so anyway. I'm sick of seeing Ichigo-saves-the-day! But it was certainly disappointing. Yamamoto is supposed to be the strongest captain! 2. ISSHIN APPEARED! Right when Aizen is going to reveal something about Ichigo, though I don't think I will be surprised at anything anymore. Speaking of which, this makes me curious. Supposedly one has to be dead so as to enter Soul Society and become a shinigami (Ichigo is of course an exception), so that must means Isshin has died before. How did he manage to form a family? Does this maybe make Ichigo special since Ichigo is a human and a child of a shinigami? Since Ichigo's mother is a human... Well, unless there's some plot twist. 3. GIN APPEARED TOO! Though I think this means that Gin will be killed off soon. Nooo~! :( Oh yeah, and I read somewhere online that chapter 400 will be a Gin x Rangiku chapter. My ass. And I was so looking forward to seeing some Gin x Rangiku scenes--though on second thought I think I won't because it's bound to be some teary, sad scenes between the two tragic lovers--in fact, I think it was because of them that I start to catch up with the manga again. ORZ
Where's Urahara (and Ukitake Juushiro!) huh? It's time he makes an appearance--I hope he will be without the kids. XD Hopefully Shiba Kuukaku will appear too, though it's quite unlikely. Sigh, and she's such an awesome side character...
Kubo Tite, please do not kill off Gin and in some miraculous way reunite the two tragic lovers even though this is a shounen manga. It was quite sad to see Hitsugaya so crushed for accidentally killing his childhood friend. (I don't see the potential for Hitsugaya x Hinamori... They remain childhood friends in my heart... XD)
