Cute chapter!

I like the interaction between Kira and Matsumoto, I think it was very much in character. I actually laughed at Matsumoto's theory who Kira's secret lover is (well, the variant about Gin was no laughing matter, that other one).

It's great to see Kira determined and optimistic, but if he neglects his duties, people will definitely become suspicious... *is worried about their future*
