With the hazy idea of getting out of my career rut by writing Something about what I know (history and education) I started reading Keith Jenkins' Re-thinking History at bedtime. I swiped the front design off the Internet - it was a transfer etching, although I had no idea it would come out so well with the different degrees of grey. Beginner's luck!
