I havent eaten mcdonalds since last week but I just finished eating a chicken finger sandwhich from our lunch room thing and my chest is experiencing sharp pains... Im scared

probably gas, are u bloated? U know that u can get gas trapted in various parts of ur body....it happens in my chest a lot

hopefully. I was so scared that I called my mom and was like "I thin Im having a heart attack" and if I was I have no idea how calling her would have helped being that shes 3 hrs away lol
