Scott Bakula will absolutely be singing throughout the entire show. Here's the announcement from the folks at Ford's Theatre. (Although the show will benefit Ford's, it will be presented at Sidney Harman Hall in Washington DC).

"Join star of TV, film and stage, Scott Bakula - Star Trek Enterprise, Quantum Leap, American Beauty and Shenandoah - for an evening of your favorite Broadway hits!"

I believe Scott will also be joined from time to time by the Duke Ellington Jazz Choir, which is based in Washington D.C.
