when we loves ourselves and are happy with who we are and the package we come in, it glows from our hearts.

there is this Chinese proverb or saying i live by, Contentment brings Happiness. my hanyu pinyin is ok most times but for this one, it is always a bit koyak. zhi chu zhang le or something like that! ;)
